Payment Policy:

Thank you for choosing The Alumni Group for your upcoming group travel! We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our payment and cancellation policy to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions:

• Deposits: All deposits made to The Alumni Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit secures your reservation and is a commitment to join the adventure.

• Payment Options: You have two payment options:

  • Automatic Draft: You can set up automatic draft payments for your convenience.

  • Individual Payment Schedule: You may choose to make individual payments on specified dates.

• Insufficient Funds: If any payments are returned by your financial institution due to insufficient funds, you will have a 7-day grace period to settle the payment. Additionally, you will incur an insufficient fund fee of $100, as well as any additional fees charged by your institution. It's important to ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover payments.

• Card Decline: If your credit card declines for ANY REASON and you pass the 7-day grace period to update or change your card, a $50 reinstatement fee will be added to your next payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellation Policy:

1. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable..

2. Cancellation Fee:

   1. If you cancel 180 days or more before the trip, your deposit plus a $250 cancellation fee per person will be charged.

   2. Cancellations within 180 days of the trip will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

3. Nonpayment:

   1. Missing two consecutive payments will result in being dropped from the trip for nonpayment.

   2. If you are dropped for nonpayment, no refunds will be issued.

4. Late Fee: Late payments after 7 days on your monthly payments will result in a late fee of $50, which will be added to your next payment . To avoid late fees, please ensure your payments are made on or before the due dates.

5. Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be made in writing.

To get started, just follow these steps:

1. Select “Book Now” on any of our trips.

2. Choose “Double Occupancy” on your reservation form.

3. Make your payment.

4. On the registration form, click "Yes" that you need help finding a roommate.

5. Hit “SUBMIT”—and that’s it!

Once we receive 75% of your reservation rate, our Admin Team will reach out with your match's name and contact info (via email or Facebook DM). We’ll also provide your details to them.

• All guests are responsible for ensuring they have the proper documentation for travel. Please check www.visacentral.com or www.visitjamaica.com for entry and exit requirements. 
  
  

Travel Insurance:

• Travel Insurance Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy within 3 days after booking. Look for one that includes trip cancellation coverage, especially the "Cancel for Any Reason" option, to cover your non-refundable trip expenses. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you need to cancel your trip for any reason.
