Below is the current room pricing list for the retreat. All rooms are part of shared houses with other retreat guests.

🏡 Room Options:

• $3,200 – 1 King Bed AND 1 Full Bed (Ensuite) – Sleeps 4 total (2 shared beds)

• $2,400 – 1 King or Queen Bed Bedroom (Private Floor) – Double Occupancy, 1 shared bed

• $2,300 – 1 King Bed Bedroom (Ensuite) – Double Occupancy, 1 shared bed

• $2,200 – 1 Queen Bed Bedroom (Ensuite) – Double Occupancy, 1 shared bed

• $1,900 – 1 King Bed Bedroom (Shared Bathroom) – Double Occupancy, 1 shared bed

• $1,800 – 1 Queen Bed Bedroom (Shared Bathroom) – Double Occupancy, 1 shared bed

• $1,600 – 1 Full Bed Bedroom (Shared Bathroom) – Double Occupancy, 1 shared bed

🛏️ Housing Arrangements:

All bookings are for rooms within shared houses. If you are booking with friends and want to be in the same house, all deposits must be submitted at the same time. Room availability is first-come, first-served.

There will be no room transfers after booking without a $200 transfer fee.

🏠 The retreat homes are as follows (see pictures above) and all rooms include 1 BED, size of the bed listed above:

• Castillo Colonial – 3 rooms, double occupancy each

• Casa Colonial – 3 rooms, double occupancy each

• Seascape – 2 rooms, double occupancy each

• Garden – 3 rooms, double occupancy each

• Rooftop – 2 rooms

  • 1 room – double occupancy

  • 1 room – 4-person occupancy

• Ojos Azules – 4 rooms, double occupancy each

💵 Deposits:

• A $250 deposit per person is required based on your room's total occupancy.

• Example: A room for 2 people requires a $500 total deposit, even if you're booking solo.

📅 Payment Timeline:

• After your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive a payment link to pay at your own pace.

• All payments must be completed by February 10, 2026.

• Deposits can be made through January 10, 2026, as long as rooms are still available.

❌ Are Payments Refundable?

All payments are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer or sell your spot to someone else. Please notify us with the new attendee’s information.
